A |     本报讯 7月10日，市人大常委会相关领导一行到龙港区开展《市海绵城市建设管理条例》立法调研并召开座谈会。区人大常委会主任范立民参加座谈会。相关区领导及相关部门负责人、部分人大代表陪同调研。

B |     New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath will attend the last rites ceremony of Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav at his native village Saifai, the party said.



Mulayam Singh passed away on Monday at a hospital in Gurugram after prolonged illness. He had been hospitalised since August.

The 82-year-old was a 10 time MLA and seven times MP. He was thrice the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, the most populous state of India which sends maximum number of MPs to the Lok Sabha.

He also served as a the defence minister.

His last rites will be performed in Saifai on Tuesday.

C |          　　市人大常委会相关领导一行先后来到玉皇街道玉兴社区、街道仙山社区山城露园广场实地查看，详细了解龙港区海绵城市建设工作完成情况及后续管理情况。         　　在随后召开的座谈会上，与会人员听取龙港区海绵城市项目建设情况的汇报，并围绕条例开展交流研讨。         　　范立民表示，龙港区将严格按照条例要求继续锚定重点任务、做好专项规划、明确部门职责、建立工作机制、落实法律责任，确保海绵城市建设各项工作落实落细。         　　海绵城市建设能够实现雨水的综合利用，提升城市承载力和人民群众幸福感。市人大常委会相关领导强调，要强化协同配合，建立部门联动机制，统筹推进海绵城市建设各项工作。要加大宣传力度，提高社会公众对海绵城市的认知和认同，为全面建成“内外兼修、独具特色、示范引领”的海绵城市凝聚社会共识。要积极推进海绵城市监测与智慧管理，提升海绵城市建设管理信息化水平，打造“会呼吸”的海绵城市体系，奋力书写和美宜居的篇章。（邸航）。
