A | 시, 버스 재정지원 개선방안 발표파업 땐 전세버스 100여대 투입울산지역 버스업계 노동자들이 임금 인상과 처우 개선 등을 요구하며 찬반투표에 부친 쟁의행위가 가결됐다. 27일 최종 조정회의도 결렬될 경우 울산지역 버스는 28일 첫차부터 파업에 들어간다. 울산시는 파업을 대비해 전세버스 100여대를 주요 노선에 투입하는 비상 수송 대책을 검토 중이다.전국자동차노동조합연맹 울산지역버스노동조합은 지난 25일 진행된 쟁의행위 조합원 찬반투표에서 찬성률 95.71%로 파업안이 가결됐다고 26일 밝혔다. 재적 인원 1691명 중 1491명이 투표(88.17%)했으며, 이 중 1427명이 찬성표를 던졌다.노조는 울산지방노동위원회에 노동쟁의 조정을 신청한 상태다. 법정 조정 기한 마지막 날인 27일 최종 조정회의를 연다. 울산지노위가 ‘조정중지’ 결정을 내리면 노조는 파업권을 갖게 된다.노조 측은 최종 합의가 이뤄지지 않으면 28일 첫차부터 전면 파업에 돌입하겠다고 예고한 상태다. 노조는 기본급 9.0% 인상과 정년 만 65세로 연장, 미적립 퇴직금 문제 해결 등 크게 3가지를 요구하고 있다.한편 울산시는 버스업계 파업을 막으려 지난 25일 시내버스 재정지원 개선방안을 발표했다. 개선안에는 퇴직금 미적립 문제 해결을 위한 울산시의 재정지원책이 담겼다. 하지만 노조는 사측 자율성에 맡기는 지원책은 실질적인 문제 해결에 도움이 안 된다는 입장을 고수하고 있다.시내버스 파업 가능성이 커지면서 울산시도 비상 수송 대책을 준비 중이다.우선 울산에서 운행 중인 시내버스 709대가 멈출 경우에 대비해 전세버스 100여대를 주요 노선에 긴급 투입한다. 버스업계가 파업에 나서더라도 지역 버스노조 소속이 아닌 마을버스 240여대는 정상적으로 운행된다.울산시 관계자는 “모든 가능성을 열어놓고 준비하고 있다”며 “(노조 측이) 파업을 강행하더라도 시민들의 교통 불편을 최소화할 수 있도록 대책을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.앞서 울산 버스노조는 지난해 6월7일 첫차를 시작으로 19시간 동안 파업한 바 있다. 파업 당일 노사 교섭이 이뤄지면서 다음날 운행이 정상화됐다.。 Post the global success of Pushpa, Allu Arjun has been treading a cautious path!
